Our consultants come from similar senior roles with an average of at least 15 years of consulting experience.

We are able to offer the capability of guiding clients through the process of selecting the most appropriate software package that will bring about the desired results. Many clients will often by-pass this process, many times missing critical future process and change management issues. In many cases a successful conclusion is not achieved, either because of project creep, lack of buy-in from senior management, lack of clarity on what is required and not enough understanding about what offerings are in the marketplace.
