Achieving deliverables on time and within budget as a benchmark for our clients is a core SAKS principle. We, however, never forget that we are also looking at this as a measure of our own success. It is imperative that we remain as open and flexible with our clients as possible. This includes going beyond what most consultancies might feel is the call of duty and offering real service to our clients even at times when a contract may not be in place. At SAKS we believe in a culture of constantly moving forward and progressing with our clients. The Knowledge Gate is an enabler towards this, allowing us to always build on and re-use lessons learned facilitating reduced timescales and costs for our clients.
